John Malek
About
I have a proven track record of helping clients achieve favorable outcomes despite the immense strain and pressure of being under investigation, or feeling like the entire military has turned against you.
Most recently I secured an honorable discharge, full VA benefits and a voluntary separation for a sergeant pending charges and discharge for a sexual assault allegation.
In another case, the accusing officer--a general--withdrew all administrative action for my client and even apologized to my client for having placed my client under suspicion and having attempted to take any action based on absurd allegations of sexual harassment.
Another great example of how I fight for my clients is the client I got fully cleared and acquitted of sexual assault and domestic violence charges. That client has been able to keep custody of his son and resume a military career despite the charges and attempts at administrative punishment.
I fight hard for my clients, and if you hire me, I'll work with you to define what a victory is in your case, and try to achieve it. I cannot promise an outcome, but I can work extremely hard for an outcome and help you prepare for all eventualities.
